Running a business requires systems that save time and reduce stress. You’ll identify bottlenecks in your workflow and create a rhythm for handling daily operations. You’ll also set productivity and efficiency goals that help your business scale.
You’ll present your business model, results, and growth strategy in a capstone session. This is where everything comes together, from performance metrics to personal growth. You'll get live feedback from Coach Nic and finish the program with a clear next step.
