Module 1–2: Build Your Foundation

You’ll start by defining your purpose, mission, and business model.  By the end of Module 2, you’ll have a complete business concept, ideal customer avatars, and pricing that works for both the customer and your bottom line.

Module 3–4: Sales Strategy That Converts

We’ll teach you the P.R.O.F.I.T. framework—a pharmacist-specific approach to ethical, effective sales. You’ll learn how to communicate value, close with confidence, and identify where you're losing opportunities. You’ll also begin tracking sales activity and outcomes so you can measure what’s working.

Module 5–6: Marketing With Purpose

Marketing isn’t just content—it’s strategy. You’ll identify your marketing gaps, set clear goals, and build a plan to attract, engage, and convert your audience.  

Module 7–8: Financial Confidence

You'll learn how to read key financial statements like your profit & loss and cash flow reports. We’ll teach you how to forecast, set goals, and make data-driven money decisions. This module helps you stop guessing and start managing your business like a CFO.

Module 9: Operational Systems

Running a business requires systems that save time and reduce stress. You’ll identify bottlenecks in your workflow and create a rhythm for handling daily operations. You’ll also set productivity and efficiency goals that help your business scale.

Module 10–12: Capstone & Execution

You’ll present your business model, results, and growth strategy in a capstone session. This is where everything comes together, from performance metrics to personal growth. You'll get live feedback from Coach Nic and finish the program with a clear next step.
